Choco Vanilla Cold Coffee

I know everyone is going on about the heat. But seriously! It’s something else this summer. And when you are stuck in heat that is so bad your hair is perennially wet and your clothes are doing a wet-rain-dance-sticky routine on you, you gotta do something about it!

That’s when ice cold drinks become your saviours!

I remember when I was smaller and came home after some vigorous getting dirty in the sun, i would raid the fridge and fill my grubby hands with ice to wolf down. I’m so, so tempted to do that now. Albeit minus the grubby hands. That’s why I have been stocking the fridge with summer friendly drinks. Because honestly who feels like eating anything in this heat!!

This recipe is easy, delicious and extremely satisfying. It’s made without any blending too, so some brownie points to me for lesser cleaning??

Recipe Notes

Try and use a high quality instant coffee powder. I used the Davidoff coffee for this as it's quite milky. But if you want a less milky version, try the Mount Hagen Freeze dried.
